Bartlett Goes Bald for St. Baldrick's!

The WOR Morning Show's very own Joe Bartlett has gone bald in solidarity with kids being treated for cancer!  St. Patrick's Day morning, Joe's co-host Donna Hanover and Joe's wife Jeanne started the shaving with a bunch of nicks and yelps from poor Joe; then engineer Al stepped in with a higher-quality shaver!  Miss USA Rachel Smith watched in amusement, and videotaped the shaving.  A last-minute surprise - engineer Al Randall let Joe shave his head!

Donna, Jeanne and Al only got to shave the left half that morning - that afternoon at Jim Brady's, Miss USA did the rest to the delight of a packed house!  Patrons included volunteer 'barbers' as well as 'shavees' all out to support this wonderful cause.

It's not to late to donate!  Click here to show you care!

Jeanne Bartlett, Joe and Donna - Before!

Jeanne and Donna trim away.

Jeanne and Donna laugh as they chop off Joe's hair.

Joe's smiling now - wait until he sees the back!

Jeanne Bartlett, Joe's wife, hits a rough spot.

The first cut is the deepest!

Do we have any more clippers?

Al takes over with his finer-quality shaver.

Miss USA Rachel Smith videotaped and laughed at Joe!

Joe feels a cold breeze over a bald spot!

Miss USA helped out by videotaping Joe's shaving.

Joe and Donna wearing green, smiles, and a lot less hair!

Miss USA Rachel Smith, Jeanne Bartlett, Donna and Joe (half bald).

Engineer Al happily jumps on the shaving bandwagon.

Miss USA Rachel Smith greets the crowd at Jim Brady's.

Miss USA looks like she's enjoying this TOO MUCH!

Wow! There it goes!

Joe tries to put on a brave face as his hair disappears.

The hair keeps flying under Miss USA Rachel Smith's shears.

I thought I said,

All done - and ALL GONE!
