Jerri Banks Bacardi Limon on the Red Carpet

-1 1/2 Oz Bacardi Limon

-1 Oz fresh lemon juice

-1 Oz simple syrup

-1/4 - 1/2 Oz fresh ginger juice

-Pomegranate seeds

-edible gold leaf

-Pre-garnish glass with Pomegranate seeds

-Combine all other ingredients (except the gold leaf) in a shaker over ice, shake and strain into glass.

-Cut gold leaf into thin slices, and top your Red Carpet.
