Joan Hamburg Talks With Football Legend Frank Gifford

LISTEN TO THE INTERVIEW

Joan Hamburg speaks with Frank Gifford, former star for the New York Giants. The legendary football player has a new book titled “The Glory Game: How the 1958 NFL Championship Changed Football Forever.” The book focuses on the historical game between Gifford’s “Giants” and Johnny Unitas's “Baltimore Colts.” Frank talks about his own thoughts and experiences, along with interviews from former teammates and opponents.

Gifford decided to write this book after a friend who had planned to write a about the game. Sadly, he was killed in a 2007 car accident. "The Glory Game" is dedicated to Gifford's friend, David Halberstam. Pick up a copy today!
