After a beautiful, traffic free drive, the WOR listeners started to arrive at noon. Canyon Ranch in Lenox, MA looked glorious! Our first step...lunch, some had a beautiful grilled arctic char, or pizza and even ice cream with hot fudge sauce...could this be healthy?!
The rooms all have been renovate, and and really lovely. But I was able to make it down for a "baby workout" in the gym. Producer Natalie, her friend Jennifer and Liz also did a restorative yoga, which is also called "nap time." There is a lot of time on the floor in comfortable positions, a real nice way to end a day. While they were there, I did some restorative nail and hair time!
Tonight, Jill Rappaport from the Today Show is giving a presentation, and came with so much luggage it took 2 men to lug it to her room!
