It was a very tired and cold crew that left the shop today. Even when you are indoors you never seem to warm up on a day like today. We did win the day though. Not a single battery failure all day long. The phones were busy but not for batteries. For appointments next week and so forth. Which means we did our job. A few months back I launched our now traditional
"Winter Get Ready" campaign. We look the car over to see what type of shape it us in. Not selling a battery on a 5 degree day tells me the maintenance and WGR that we have done continues to pay off and keep people safe and warm.
