It was 8 Republicans who sided with President Barack Obama and Democrats to help pass the controversial cap-and-trade global warming bill. Unfortunately, Republican representatives have once again failed to unite as a party to stop the Democratic powerhouse from passing its socialist agenda. The President is slowly transitioning the country from where it began, and the principles it stood for, to a new form of government similar to that of old Europe. It is imperative that the United States, and specifically the Republican Party, unite to stand against this shift in government and destruction of the American image.
