Accounting Coordinator
WOR Radio seeks organized person who directly reports to Corp Controller.  Job responsibilities include but not limited to Accounts Payable, data entry, month-end reconciliations, oversees and provides support to AP department.  Create and process payroll, 1099 payments, remittance of contributions to pension plans and commissions for various departments. Process and reconcile ad-hoc reports. Oversee Accounts Receivables, collections reconciliations and proper G/L allocations. Prepare daily cash flow reports. Requirements:  Solid written/ verbal skills, Knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced Excel Skills a plus.) Applicant should be deadline oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, must be proactive, able to effectively communicate with multiple departments and personnel, multiple task and work well under pressure.  Experience with ADP Pay expert, Marketron Software, Wicks, Deltaflex and Arbitron is helpful, but not required.  Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, with 1 to 2 years relevant work experience preferred.
