A Moral Affair

One of our listeners, Carolyn, called in today stating that the morals in our country are going down the tube.  We should point out that men in power having affairs are nothing new.   I can’t speak for the Neanderthals, but Jefferson was no slouch.  There is a long list of presidents, entertainers, top executives, and so on who cannot keep their pants on.  Do women still believe in the year 2009 that the casting couch is real?  Or as Andrea Peyser, of The New York Post, indicated in her piece about David Lettermen, that those women not chosen to have sex with him - have career disadvantages.   If CBS gets rid of David then what about all the others?  There would be no men on TV.  I’m not approving of this behavior, but what is going to make it go away?
