In today's Monologue, Is Al Gore Evil or Stupid?, he discusses this morning's NBC interview with Matt Lauer and Al Gore.  Al Gore discusses climate change and how robots are taking over the world!  We had a ton of callers call in about this, so if you couldn't get through, vote in our Daily Poll!  Andy covers a few hilarious show voicemails from a few angry listeners and then invites guest Michael Rubin on the show.  Michael is a former Pentagon official and he and Andy discuss Egypt on the verge of collapse and what will happen to Syria's chemical weapons when Assad dies or leaves Syria?  In other news, a TX woman's execution was halted today for racial reasons. 

Political Expert Wayne Allyn Root calls in to give his reaction to John Kerry's confirmation as Secretary of State.  They also talk about the upcoming Tax Rebellion.  Next, Ashley Esqueda calls in for the tech report!  And Producer Miranda covers some very Bizarre News!  She talks about a nursing home defending prostitution visits for their patients, and the new Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos are coming to Taco Bell soon!!!

Attorney Mitch Langberg calls in to shine some light on a bunch of legal jargon.  If a murder took place in a home that is up for sale, does the real estate broker have to tell a potential buyer?  Also, can a wife legally take her dead husband's sperm from his body?  And last, but not least, when does porn take things too far for the law?  This sounds more like Bizarre News than a legal segment!  Ick.  Andy takes your calls for the rest of the show.
