Bill Bratton, former NYC and Boston Police Commissioner and for Chief of Police of the Los Angeles Police Department, joined guest host Ron Insana this morning to discuss preventing acts of violence in schools, stop and frisk laws, and the possibility of serving New York City as commissioner in the new mayoral term.

"If you do away with [stop and frisk] you're doing away with the most essential tool the police have to protect the general public," he said. Listen above for Bratton's opinion on the topic of stop and frisk, or below for his full interview on The John Gambling Show.
