Probation Violation May Lead To Due Justice

Former stripper Leila Aquino pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide last year when her unattended 2-year-old daughter died in a house fire while Ms. Aquino was at work in a Queens Gentlemen's Club.

The sentence didn't include any jail time, but Aquino was put on probation for 3 years.

Ms. Aquino allegedly broke her probation when she attacked a woman in Brownsville on March 5.

Aquino now faces up to seven years in prison for assault, menacing, and criminal possession of a weapon.

Plus she could face an additional 16 months to 4 years behind bars for her recent probation violation.

Ms. Aquino has 4 prior arrests on her record for robbery and attempted criminal possession of stolen property.
