When a 4th-grade pen pal sends you increasingly creepy letters for decades, it's time to involve the cops.
Jason Hughes has allegedly been corresponding with two women he met in the 1970's when they were all in 4th grade.
The letters have now become emails that contain such lovely thoughts as: "I hate children" and he "laughs when children are eaten by wild dogs."
Mr. Hughes prose also included threats of the "darkness and evil" he'd like to bring to women.
In one email Mr. Hughes allegedly sent the two women, he added attachments about five children perishing in a house fire, and bodies that had been dismembered.
Mr. Hughes, who hails from Staten Island was arrested and charged with stalking.
