Two people were injured after they were struck by a police vehicle in Long Beach.
It happened around 8 p.m. on Sunday night as the man and woman in their 50’s were lying on the beach. The police officer driving the vehicle didn’t see them and hit the victims.
Both victims were taken to the hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
An investigation continues.
