At least 2 NYC High School students over stuffed their backpacks for the first day of school today.
One high schooler in Brooklyn set off the metal detectors when he tried to enter the building with an unloaded .25 caliber pistol.
Another student at a Hell's Kitchen High School was caught when he attempted to sneak 2 knives into class.
To round out a very exciting first day of classes in the 5 boroughs a parent was arrested for punching a school safety agent in the face.The reason behind the fracas was not revealed.
