A special education teacher from PS X811 in the Crotona Park section of the Bronx was found dead of an apparent overdose last evening.
The unidentified man's body was found lying on the floor of the school's bathroom next to an envelope filled with an unknown substance and a hypodermic needle.
The 36-year-old educator taught students in grades 6 through 12.
The official cause of death will be released after the medical examiner's investigation.
