Steve Decker and Luis Mercado were charged with stealing $2 million dollars from a dead women's apartment.
The two crooks who worked for a fancy Upper West Side Co-op allegedly ransacked the apartment of the recently deceased victim and made off with a fortune in stock certificates.
Decker and Mercado got busted for robbing the 87-year-old dead woman when they tried to trade the hot stocks for gold coins.
Both men pleaded not guilty.
