The 60-year-old husband of a day care center owner in the Bronx has been arrested after being accused of raping and sexually abusing a young girl.
The girl is now 13-years-old and came forward earlier this week to say the abuse happened over a four year period. The alleged abuse happened from the time she was six until she was 10.
Alberto Hernandez is facing numerous charges, including rape and criminal sex act. He owns the day care center with his wife.
