New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy is trying to end a longstanding debate.
“As Governor of the Great State of New Jersey, I hereby declare that CENTRAL JERSEY DOES EXIST,” Murphy tweeted.
For years, there’s been a good natured debate about whether there’s such a thing as a Central New Jersey, or whether there’s just a North and South New Jersey.
Murphy lives in Monmouth County, one of the areas of the state that considers itself Central New Jersey.
