TB 25 NYG 23: Brady, Buccaneers Survive Scare From 1-Win Giants

Giants quarterback Daniel Jones threw this perfect touchdown pass to Golden Tate with 28 seconds left to pull within two points, but his two-point pass to Dion Lewis was knocked down, giving the Bucs a 25-23 victory on Monday night.

Watch as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers get this stop on a late two-point conversion to defeat the one-win New York Giants.

Tom Brady completed 28 of 40 passes for 279 yards and 2 TD’s—including one to his old pal Rob Gronkowski as the Bucs improved to 6-2 to remain half a game ahead of the Saints in the NFC East.

Oh and his second TD pass—gave him back the record for TD passes in a career with 561 as he and Drew Brees continue to leap frog each other.

Brady came into the weekend leading Brees 559-558 but Brees took over the record for a good 29 hours or so when he threw a pair in Sunday’s 26-23 win over the Bears.
