According to the Bureau of Transportation Statistics, three of the 10 worst airports -- in terms of arrival delays -- are in metro New York. Newark Liberty Airport is the worst, with more than 24% of fights being late or cancelled. LaGuardia is right behind with almost 23% or late or cancelled arrivals. JFK is number-10 on the list.
