New York Governor Kathy Hochul is among those sending her best wishes to Damar Hamlin, the Buffalo Bills player who collapsed during Monday’s game.
“We are all sending prayers your way, @HamlinIsland. Our Buffalo community has been through so much this past year, but our love for our neighbors and the @BuffaloBills never wavers and brings us together,” Hochul tweeted.
Hamlin collapsed on the field in a game against the Cincinnati Bengals and went into cardiac arrest. He remains hospitalized in critical condition.
